運送ネット (Unsou-net) is an online platform that provides digital tools and services related to transportation network operations and coordination. The platform connects shippers and carriers to facilitate logistics processes.
運送ネット (Unsou-net) は、輸送ネットワークに関連する業務および連携を支援するためのデジタルツールおよびサービスを提供するオンラインプラットフォームです。本プラットフォームは、荷主と運送業者を結び、物流プロセスを円滑にすることを目的としています。
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their information up to date.
ユーザーは、自身のアカウント情報の機密性を維持する責任を負います。登録時に正確かつ完全な情報を提供し、情報を最新の状態に保つ必要があります。
By submitting a payment on the 運送ネット (Unsou-net) platform, the user authorizes the platform to charge the selected payment method for the specified transaction.
The user represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information submitted is accurate.
ユーザーは、運送ネット (Unsou-net) プラットフォーム上で決済を実行することにより、指定された取引金額について選択した支払い方法での課金を承認するものとします。
ユーザーは、入力した支払い方法を利用する正当な権限を有していること、ならびに提供した決済情報が正確であることを表明し保証するものとします。
Rules regarding refunds and cancellations are described in the Refund Policy of the platform.
By using paid services on the 運送ネット (Unsou-net) platform, the user agrees to the conditions described in that policy.
返金およびキャンセルに関する条件は、本プラットフォームの「返金ポリシー」に記載されています。
ユーザーは、運送ネット (Unsou-net) の有料サービスを利用することにより、当該ポリシーに定められた条件に同意するものとします。
Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
ユーザーは、違法な目的での利用、プラットフォームの運営への妨害、またはサービスの不正アクセスを試みることはできません。
Users are responsible for all transactions initiated through their accounts on the 運送ネット (Unsou-net) platform.
運送ネット (Unsou-net) does not initiate payments on behalf of users without their authorization. All payments must be explicitly confirmed by the user before being processed.
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming any payment.
ユーザーは、運送ネット (Unsou-net) プラットフォーム上の自身のアカウントを通じて行われるすべての取引について責任を負うものとします。
運送ネット (Unsou-net) は、ユーザーの承認なしに支払いを実行することはありません。すべての決済は、処理される前にユーザーによる明示的な確認が必要です。
ユーザーは、決済を確定する前に取引内容を確認する責任を負うものとします。
Payment services provided through the platform depend on third-party payment providers.
運送ネット (Unsou-net) does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of payment processing services and shall not be responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by payment providers.
If a payment transaction cannot be completed, the user may attempt the transaction again or contact support.
本プラットフォーム上の決済サービスは、外部の決済サービスプロバイダーに依存しています。
運送ネット (Unsou-net) は、決済処理サービスの継続的な提供を保証するものではなく、決済プロバイダーに起因する一時的な停止、技術的障害、または遅延について責任を負いません。
決済が正常に完了しない場合、ユーザーは再度決済を試みるか、サポートへお問い合わせください。
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory laws provide otherwise.
本利用規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
本規約に関連して生じる紛争については、法令により別段の定めがある場合を除き、名古屋地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
