会員登録の解約は、support@unsou-net.jp 宛へのメールによりいつでも申請できます。
解約は、当月の利用期間満了時をもって有効となります。
既に支払われた月額料金については、原則として日割り返金は行いません。
Membership cancellation may be requested at any time by email to support@unsou-net.jp.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid monthly period.
As a general rule, monthly fees already paid are not prorated or refunded.
プラットフォーム上の不具合または重大なサービス障害を理由として解約申請が行われた場合、当社にて内容を確認のうえ対応いたします。
当社が不具合または重大な障害を認めた場合、解約は確認後速やかに処理されます。
返金が相当と判断される場合、支払済み料金からStripe手数料および銀行振込手数料を差し引いた金額を返金します。
If a cancellation request is made due to a platform defect or significant service issue, we will review the issue and respond accordingly.
If we confirm the existence of such a defect or significant issue, the cancellation will be processed promptly after review.
Where a refund is deemed appropriate, the refunded amount will be the paid fee minus Stripe fees and bank transfer fees.
